The story, in three parts
  1. 01

    The newsroom

Content Beast is led by Cata Balzano: Florida-born, Miami-based, and a working multimedia journalist for fifteen years, across three continents and two languages. She started out as a TV host in Miami, so being on camera is not new either.

  2. 02

    The company

In 2016 she founded Cata Balzano Inc. for multimedia production and publishing, and by 2018 it was working in Europe alongside U.S. partners. She holds a master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Business Transformation, which is where the strategy side of this work comes from.

  3. 03

    Content Beast

Most UGC is made by creators who learned to make content. We came at it from the other direction — we learned how to make people watch, and then pointed that at products brands need to sell. So when a brief lands, we are not guessing at a hook.

The first rule of media is that everything changes all the time, and a story has to travel with it every step of the way. How you tell that story to your community is key to the strategy. And when a product resonates, people buy.

The house rules

01

Say what we do, then do it.

We know what we offer, and we stick to the terms agreed with you. Nothing on an invoice that was not agreed first.

02

Be there.

No agency distance. We are involved in the day-to-day of the brands we work with, and we say so when something is not working.

03

Everyone at the table.

Multicultural and multilingual audiences are the strategy, not a footnote to it. Everyone should see themselves in the brands they buy from.

04

Back small businesses.

Most of the brands we love started small. We grow with them, and we keep showing up as they do.
