Terms and conditions

The short version: you are buying one copy of a digital product for yourself. You can keep it, print it and use everything in it to build whatever you like. You cannot resell it or pass it around. We will do our best by you, and there are limits to what we can promise.
These terms are between you and Cata Balzano Inc., trading as Content Beast, of Miami, Florida. Buying from this site means you accept them.
What you are buying
A digital product, delivered as files you download. There is nothing physical, nothing is posted, and there is no live class, no coaching and no scheduled call unless a product page says so in as many words.
You choose the language edition at checkout. You receive the edition you chose.
What you may do with it
It is yours, for you, for good. Read it, print it, keep it on as many of your own devices as you like, and use every prompt, template and technique in it to build things — including things you sell. What you build with it is yours and we want no part of it.
What you may not do
- Resell it, give it away, or share the files or your download link.
- Upload it anywhere others can get it, including a shared drive or a group chat.
- Republish it as your own, in whole or in part, in any language.
- Use it to train a machine-learning model.
One purchase is one person. If a team wants copies, write to us and we will sort something out.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe takes the payment. Any tax, duty or bank charge your own country adds is yours to pay, and your bank's conversion rate is between you and your bank.
Where a product offers payment over time, you are agreeing to a fixed number of payments of a fixed amount, both shown before you pay. We can never take more than that — not a payment more, not a cent more. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again; if it cannot be collected, access may be suspended until it is.
Delivery
Your download link is emailed the moment the payment clears, and it also appears on screen. It works for 90 days and up to 50 downloads. Download the files and keep them somewhere safe — the link is a delivery, not a library.
If the link expires, breaks, or the email never arrives, write to us and we will send it again. That is not a favour and there is no time limit on it.
Refunds
Set out in full on the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
What we do not promise
We have put everything we know into this and we think it works. We cannot promise you a particular result, an income, a client, or that any third-party tool named in it will still exist, still be free, or still work the same way next year. Software changes underneath all of us.
Nothing we sell is legal, financial or tax advice.
The site itself
We would like this site to be up all the time and it will not be. We may change or withdraw a product, and we may change these terms — the version on this page at the time you bought is the one that governs your purchase.
Where the limits are
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be removed, and consumer protections in your own country apply whatever this page says.
