This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It describes this website as it actually works, not a template. If something here does not match what the site does, the site is wrong and we want to know.
Content Beast is a trading name of Cata Balzano Inc., based in Miami, Florida. When this page says we, that is who it means.
When you send us a brief
The form on our site asks for your name, your brand, your email, and what you need made. You can add a website, a format, a volume, a language, a timing, up to five files, and a link to more.
That goes straight to our inbox as an email. It is not saved to a database, and nothing on this site keeps a copy. We reply from the same address, and the thread lives in our email like any other conversation.
Before it sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form is being filled in by a person. It looks at how the browser behaves, not at who you are, and it sets nothing we can read later.
When you buy something
We never see your card. The payment form on our page is Stripe's, running on Stripe's own systems. Card numbers go from your browser to Stripe and never touch this website, its logs or its storage.
Stripe tells us what a buyer needs us to know, and we keep it: your email, your name, your country, which product and which language edition, the amount, the currency, whether you paid in full or over time, and the dates. We also count how many times your download link has been used, because the link is limited and we have to know when it runs out.
If you pay over time, Stripe keeps your card on file so we can take the remaining payments. We hold a reference to it, never the number itself, and our code can only charge the agreed number of payments.
Your download link works for 90 days and up to 50 downloads, then it expires. Write to us if you need it again.
Measurement
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they came from. It sets cookies. In the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein it is off until you say yes — nothing is written to your device before that. Everywhere else it is on and you can turn it off from the Cookie choices link in the footer of any page. We have advertising features switched off everywhere, for everyone, permanently.
Cloudflare also counts visits for us. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and cannot see anything you do beyond which page loaded and how quickly.
Your choice is remembered in your own browser, under cb_consent. It never reaches us.
Who else is involved
- Stripe — takes the payment and holds the card.
- Cloudflare — serves this site, stores order records, checks the brief form for bots, counts visits.
- Resend — delivers the brief to us and the download link to you.
- Google — analytics, where you have allowed it.
That is the entire list. We do not sell anything about you, to anyone, ever. We do not run advertising on this site and we do not hand your details to anyone who does.
How long we keep things
Order records we keep, because they are our accounts and a tax authority can ask for them. Download links expire after 90 days. Briefs live in our email until we clear them out. Analytics is aggregated and holds nothing that names you.
What you can ask us to do
Write to hello@bycontentbeast.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to some of this; we would rather just do it than argue about which rules apply. The one thing we cannot delete is a record we are required to keep for tax.
Children
This site is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If that has happened, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this, the date at the top changes with it.
